Chrysal and SO natural sign agreement
Chrysal and SO Natural, the world's largest orchid grower, signed an agreement to treat SO Natural orchids for the next 3 years with Chrysal Ethylene Buster in order to prevent plant waste. For this agreement special treatment rooms were developed at SO Natural in collaboration. These treatment rooms are 100m3 large, comparable to the space in 3 trucks!
Sustainability is a key word for both SO Ntural and Chrysal. Chrysal Ethylene Buster protects plants against the negative effects of ethylene. Martin Smaal, director at SO Natural comments:
"Sustainable growing of phalaenopsis plants and limiting plant waste in the total chain is of great importance to us. We are excited about the collaboration with Chrysal to limit dropping of buds."
