The effect of flower food on Helianthus

The sunflower is the Flower of the Month, and so we thought it was a good idea to do a fun little test with them. We have looked at the growth of the flower when using water, Chrysal Clear Universal, and a double dose of Chrysal Clear Universal. The results are clear as day: sunflowers react strongly to flower food when we look at their size.

This is also something you could experiment with at home, should you wish to try and get your sunflowers to grow as large as possible. Do realise however, that we will always advise using the correct dosage to keep your flowers beautiful and strong the longest. Below you can see the results.
