Chrysal Hotline

The Chrysal Hotline is a vehicle for Chrysal employees, customers, suppliers and other third parties to confidentially report concerns they have relating to certain areas of activity by a Chrysal entity or Chrysal personnel. Examples include unethical or illegal behavior. The hotline may be used for whistleblowing and whistleblowers.

Before contacting Chrysal compliance, we encourage you to consider if you can directly raise your concern with someone at Chrysal. If you do not feel comfortable doing so, or do not know whom to contact, you can make a report to Chrysal using the Chrysal compliance contact form or directly contact our Internal Audit (M. Hovinga) through email at compliance@chrysal.com or by phone at +31 (0)6 46 33 34 56. You can also contact the Hotline by post at:

Chrysal International
T.a.v. Internal Audit / M Hovinga
Postbus 5300
1410 AH Naarden
The Netherlands

The e-mail is always available, also outside office hours. The telephone contact number is only reachable during office hours.

You have the possibility to create an anonymous report. When doing so, we will respect your request. However we encourage you to give your name and contact details when making your report. Your identity will be kept confidential and will not be disclosed to third parties or individuals who are the subject of your report. However, you should be aware that others who are familiar with the situation may be able to guess your identity.

Chrysal encourages people to report concerns (“raise their hand”) without fear of retaliation and protects people who raise such in good faith concerns in accordance with applicable law and regulation.

The Internal Audit officer will acknowledge receipt to the reporter within 48 hours. The review and investigation of the reported concern by the Internal Audit officer will start immediately. If necessary, OAT Agrio Internal Audit will be informed. Within a period of 90 days from the date that a report was made the local business confident or Internal Audit officer will inform the reporter, in writing, of the status with regard to the reported concern.

If the reporter has contacted Internal Audit through the Hotline on the Chrysal website or by phone anonymously, he or she will receive a log number, which allows him or her to call back for checking the status of the investigation. In case the reporter does not check this status within 90 days after the date of the initial report, the investigation, if started, will be terminated.
